Koliaya Benally

Yá’át’ééh, my name is Koliaya Benally and I'm from the Navajo Nation, I’m a senior at Winslow High School and my interest in STEM is to be more involved in the medical field and to become a phlebotomist. My virtual experience at NASEP was very fun and interactive, despite being there in person I was able to have fun and talk to new people, I was able to break out of my shell and make new friends, the meetings were very informative and every meeting I learned something new despite my interest in the medical field and learned about other topics that I can maybe learn more about.
