Maya Ross

My name is Maya Ross, I am Navajo. I am in 12th grade at St. Michael Indian School. My interest in the STEM field is medical sciences field. My virtual summer program experience was definitely eye opening to me, because it introduced me into more fields of STEM. It was so much fun, I definitely learned a lot from this program. The second week was very helpful because where I go to high school they weren’t helping graduating seniors this year with any college help. I was so thankful that the NASEP team offered college bound help with the second week. I am super excited that I still get to be apart of this amazing program and that we will start our geoscience projects.
